With Thanksgiving only two days from now, the holiday season is upon us. This time of year is a lot of things to a lot of people.

Maybe it's a time for catching up with family and friends.

Maybe it is adding more chaos to an already chaotic schedule.

Maybe it is more stressful than you want it to be. 

Maybe it is amazing on all fronts and you want to sing it from the hilltops. 

One thing that is common for most people this time of year is eating a lot of extra food. There are lots of parties and very nice people bringing in tons of goodies to where you work. 

This is also the time of year when exercise is sacrificed for other commitments and food choices can be made because of proximity (goodies at work), less time to prep (holiday shopping, parties, and all the extra traffic) and stress (not everyone enjoys this time of year).

Going into the season with a plan will help to manage the next 5-6 weeks. This does not mean you cannot enjoy yourself.

It means you balance enjoying yourself with taking care of yourself.

I will be sharing some additional tips and tricks for the season. There are going to be some sample stretching routines, maybe some new recipes, other nutritional tricks and some sample workouts to get us to 2019 feeling good and strong.
