My name is Dr. Tom Biggart. I am a physical therapist, strength coach and nutrition coach. To get the most out of this website and the information I share:

EBM offers a unique blend of physical therapy and personal training. Most personal trainers know nothing about rehabbing or preventing injuries. Most physical therapists know very little about designing effective training programs.
